Shipping policy
Shipping Method
We ship packages using USPS and FedEx. Packages going to PO Boxes must ship using a USPS shipping option such as First Class, Priority, or Parcel Select for large packages. FedEx can not ship to PO Boxes.
All FREE shipping packages are shipped using the most economical method and typically take 5-7 days to deliver but can often times be faster. If you choose an expedited shipping method at checkout for an additional cost your item should deliver within 2-4 days to most locations.

First Class and FedEx Ground - 3-5 Days
Priority - 2-3 Days
Parcel Select - 5-7 days
Where does Insane ship from?
Unless an item is being drop shipped (rarely do we drop ship unless the product can be gotten to you faster by drop shipping) all of our items are shipped from our physical location located in Rossville, GA.
How quickly does Insane ship purchases?
We typically ship all packages within 24 hours of purchase. If for some reason your package can't ship within 48 hours we will contact you to let you know. We pack orders Monday-Friday so if you purchase on a Saturday it most likely won't ship until Monday. USPS pickups do come on Saturdays so if we have your order ready it will go out sooner. If you have a shipment that needs to be delivered quickly please contact us after you purchase and we will do our best to get it out immediately. Shipments with upgraded shipping selections will get priority over ground shipments. If you purchase an overnight shipping option please call us to verify we have received the order so we can get it on the road to you as quickly as possible. Otherwise we ship regular ground orders in the order that they are placed.
Where does Insane ship to?
Currently we ship only to addresses in the USA. Depending on the item we may be able to ship internationally if you contact us directly by email.
Free Shipping
Items with free shipping are shipped using the most economical ground method unless otherwise noted before checkout.
Free shipping is not offered to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories not in the continental USA.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock we will ship the remainder of your order that is available immediately and when the out of stock item becomes available we will ship it at our expense. If an item will not be back in stock for more than 5 days we will contact you so that you can decide if you want to wait for delivery, get a refund, or substitute for a similar item.
Lost/Damaged Shipments
In the event that your item does not show up due to being lost, or is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately so that we can begin the process of replacing your order. You may be required to fill out paperwork stating that you did not receive the package or that it was damaged upon arrival. Once the required paperwork is filled out we will proceed with replacing the order. Once an item is marked as delivered with the tracking you will have to work with the delivery company if there is a claim that you did not receive it.
