Refund policy
Return Information
-All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
-Items returned must be in brand new condition and not show any sign of use.
-All tags must be included and attached.
-Packaging must be included and not damaged.
-Factory seal must not be broken if shipped in a sealed package.
-Shoes must include shoe box and do not ship back with postage on shoe box.
-Customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend insurance and are not responsible for lost packages.
-If product originally had free shipping, the amount we paid to ship your item to you will be deducted from the refund amount.
-We will issue the refund if approved within 48 hours of receipt of shipment being delivered to us. If there is an issue with the return we will contact you directly to work on a solution. Please keep in mind that your bank may take several days to issue the refund to your account.
No Returns or Exchanges on the following items:
-Paintballs
-Pre Owned Equipment or New items that show signs of being installed, used, etc.
-Electronic Items unless factory seal has not been broken
-Batteries
-Custom Orders
-Under Garments (swim wear, underwear, etc)
-Items that have been washed
-Sale/Clearance Items
-Gift Cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
